Video Coordinator
In charge of polishing and editing event footage for YouTube publication
In charge of camera placement for panels and guest speakers
Assists in setup and testing of live streaming at events
Small portfolio of video work is appreciated, though not necessary
Web Coordinator
In charge of newsletter
In charge of making website updates
Assists in bulding and improving internal web tools
Works closely with Graphic Designer, Communications team, and Events Coordinator
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a must
PHP, JSON, SQL and Javascript knowledge are all assets
Small portfolio of web design work is appreciated, though not necessary
Publicity Coordinator
Works with Communications Manager, Events Coordinator, Web Designer, and Graphist
Aids coordination of event marketing and publicity accross social media.
In charge of coordinating postering campaigns on and off campus.
All volunteers are expected to assist with various tasks at in-person events whenever possible.
No experience is required for any of these positions.
Concordia students can have their position added to their co-curricular record at the end of the winter semester.
